Zachary Leibowitz

Zachary is an associate at Kluk Farber Law.

Zach represents entrepreneurs and emerging and growth companies, throughout all stages of the business life cycle. Zach primarily serves as external general counsel to companies across a broad range of industries, advising on commercial contract formation and negotiation, intellectual property rights, data privacy and security, employment matters, corporate governance, and various complex legal issues confronting his clients at various growth stages. He regularly advises companies, founders, and entrepreneurs on compliance and risk management considerations related to their products and businesses.

Prior to joining KFL, Zach practiced at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in the Complex Litigation and Trials group.
