Stella’s practice focuses on all aspects of trademark law and extends to copyrights, patents, and anti-counterfeiting. She handles intellectual property in both domestic and foreign jurisdictions, working with clients in such areas as apparel, beauty, and professional services.

Stella works with large and small businesses to protect their brands in cost-effective ways. She conducts in-depth trademark clearance and provides detailed risk assessments. She maintains and evaluates trademark portfolios, strategizing with clients to maximize the protection they provide. She handles adversarial matters and works with clients towards effective solutions.

Prior to joining KFL, Stella served as intellectual property counsel at several large companies within the fashion and retail space.
