Sonia Farber

Sonia is a partner at Kluk Farber Law.

Sonia leads Kluk Farber’s external general counsel practice. Sonia advises companies on day-to-day legal matters arising in the course of their operations, including commercial agreements, partnerships, risk management, employment matters, intellectual property protection, and disputes.  Sonia has particular expertise in matters relating to technology, venture capital and other financial services, consumer products, media, and fashion.

Prior to co-founding Kluk Farber Law, Sonia practiced in the Litigation Department at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, where she was a member of the international dispute resolution, civil litigation, business integrity, and cybersecurity groups. Sonia clerked for the Honorable Lorna G. Schofield in the Southern District of New York.
