Nike is an associate at Kluk Farber Law.

Nike represents entrepreneurs, emerging and growth companies, and venture funds throughout all stages of the business life cycle. She regularly advises on a broad range of corporate governance and transactional matters, including entity formation, debt and equity financings, data privacy and cybersecurity, intellectual property rights, employment matters, commercial contracts, and exit transactions.

Nike also serves as external general counsel to companies, advising on commercial contract formation and negotiation, employment matters, intellectual property rights, data privacy and security, corporate governance, and other routine legal issues. She regularly advises companies, founders, and entrepreneurs on compliance and risk management considerations related to their products and businesses.
