Michelle represents entrepreneurs, emerging and growth companies, and venture funds in a variety of industries including consumer products and goods, technology and hospitality. She advises on initial company formations, debt and equity financings, commercial arrangements/transactions, and commercial contracts.

Prior to joining KFL, Michelle was a corporate and transactional associate at Winston & Strawn LLP.
