Julio is Counsel at Kluk Farber Law.

Julio works closely with companies and entrepreneurs on equity and debt financings and capital-raising transactions, and with private funds investing in early and growth companies. Julio has significant experience advising on private fund formation, structuring and negotiating private fund investments. Julio also regularly advises companies and entrepreneurs on corporate transactions, company formations, and complex foundational issues.

Prior to joining KFL, Julio practiced in the private investment funds group at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, advising on a variety of corporate transactional matters, with a focus on private equity fund formations. During law school, Julio externed for the Honorable Philip S. Gutierrez of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
