Eitan Hoenig

 

Eitan is a partner at Kluk Farber Law.

Eitan has advised entrepreneurs, investors and companies (public and private) in a wide range of industries in mergers and acquisitions, complex restructurings including negotiating with debt and equity lenders, investors and vendors, joint ventures, divestiture and spin-off transactions, venture financings, capital markets transactions, proxy contests and complex commercial agreements. In addition, he has advised boards of directors and C-level executives on securities and investment company matters, corporate governance, executive succession, takeover defense and general corporate law.

Eitan was a corporate lawyer at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz from 2011 to 2018 and clerked for a judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from 2010-2011. Before that, he was the second employee and eventually Director of Research at a software company that developed financial consulting tools for the technology industry.
