Nordic Semiconductor to Acquire Mobile Semiconductor

New York – July 18, 2022 – Kluk Farber Law and Schjødt AS jointly advised Nordic Semiconductor in its acquisition of Mobile Semiconductor. The KFL team consisted of Eitan Hoenig, Agatha Kluk, Sonia Farber, Michael McGovern, Julio E. Mojica and Michelle Nguyen. The Schjødt team was led by Robert Romansky and Anouchka T. H-T Pache.

“We are very excited to bring on-board this world class team, recognized as an industry leader in optimized, low voltage embedded SRAM designs,” said Svein-Egil Nielsen, CTO/EVP R&D and Strategy for Nordic Semiconductor, in announcing the acquisition. 

Pending approval by the United States government, the acquisition will close during Q3 of this year.
