Alexander is an associate at Kluk Farber Law.

Alexander represents entrepreneurs, emerging and growth companies, and venture funds in a variety of industries throughout all stages of the business life cycle. He advises on initial company formations, founder arrangements, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and complex commercial transactions. Alexander also serves as external general counsel to many of his clients, advising on a broad range of commercial contract, employment, intellectual property, data privacy and security, and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining KFL, Alexander was a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.
