Agatha Kluk
Agatha represents entrepreneurs, emerging and growth companies, and venture funds in a variety of industries including consumer products and goods, technology and hospitality. She advises on initial company formations, founder arrangements, debt and equity financings, complex restructurings (including negotiating with debt and equity lenders, investors and vendors), equity incentive plans, joint ventures, and complex commercial arrangements. Agatha also acts as a general counsel to many of her clients and advises on day to day legal issues that arise during the life cycle of a growth business.
Prior to co-founding KFL, Agatha practiced in the corporate department at Debevoise & Plimpton and provided guidance on executive compensation and management issues in private and public buy and sell-side Mergers and Acquisitions.
In addition to practicing law, Agatha speaks and writes about issues relating to women, entrepreneurship and the law.
Agatha was named a “Super Lawyer Rising Star” for 2019-2022.
